About Me
Hello, I'm Natalie Freiberg, a compassionate therapist driven by a deep-rooted passion for helping others. From a very young age, I have found fulfillment in supporting and uplifting those around me. As a mother of three wonderful children and accompanied by my partner and my big, fluffy dog, I place great value on interpersonal relationships and nurturing connections.
With over ten years of experience in the field, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my practice. However, it is my personal journey that has truly shaped my unwavering dedication to supporting others through life’s transitions. Along the way, I have encountered my own challenges, including navigating grief and loss. These experiences have profoundly deepened my empathy and understanding of the intricate complexities involved. It is through these transformative moments that my passion for this field has solidified.
My personality is often described as a calming and grounding presence, combined with a sense of organization. Clients often feel at ease and supported in my soft presence. Creating a peaceful atmosphere is important to me as it fosters a safe space where clients can freely express themselves. Humour is an essential part of my therapeutic approach, as I believe that laughter can be healing and transformative. I also recognize the importance of being direct when the situation calls for it. I am not afraid to address sensitive or challenging topics with clarity and honesty, while also carefully respecting clients’ autonomy and pace.
